攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿是我国最为重要的钛资源产地之一,对于选铁尾矿中钛铁矿的回收,浮选是最为高效合理的方式。影响浮选的因素很多,其中磨矿细度是很重要的方面。由于矿石的特殊性质,攀枝花尾矿磨矿产品中最易选的粒级应是-0.074~+0.028mm,而-0.028mm产品恶化浮选现象明显,磨矿时应采取相应措施使得入浮矿浆粒度尽可能集中在-0.074~+0.028mm粒级范围内,以提高最终浮选精矿的品位和回收率。
