在目前的药品制取工作中,制药设备清洗是最为关键的环节。本文主要就高效液相色谱法对设备淋洗液中含有的氨苄西林残留量进行分析。实验目的:测定出设备淋洗也正含有的氨苄西林残留量,避免日后药品制取受到污染和交叉污染现象。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶作为主要的基础性填充剂、以12%的醋酸溶液作为溶剂和流向及,并对其进行分析和总结。结论:氨苄西林在0.005106mg/mL~0.01191mg/mL的范围内有着良好的线性关系和检测优势,并且经过检测得出其极限值为5.106×10-5mg/mL,而且其在应用的过程中回收率为98.5%。结论:根据相关的实验和总结得出,其在应用的过程中检验方法较为方便、设备选择经济科学、检验准确性高的优势,因此在目前的工作中对于整个氨苄西林含量的研究提供了良好可靠的理论基础和依据。
In the current drug preparation work, the cleaning of pharmaceutical equipment is the most crucial part.
