2015年11月23日,长宁区档案局印发《长宁区档案、党史、地方志工作第十三个五年规划》(以下简称《规划》)。该《规划》根据《中共上海市长宁区委关于制定长宁区国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划的建议》和《长宁区国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》的精神,以及市档案局、市委党史研究室、市地方志办公室的要求,结合长宁档案、党史、地方志实际制订,明确了档案工作的指导
On November 23, 2015, Changning District Archives issued the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the File, Party History and Local Records of Changning District” (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”). According to the “Proposal of the CPC Shanghai Changning District Committee on Formulating the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development in Changning District” and the “Outline for the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan of National Economic and Social Development of Changning District” Spirit, as well as the requirements of the City Archives Bureau, Party History Research Office of the Municipal Party Committee and the Local Records Office of the City, combined with the actual conditions of Changning archives, party history and local history records, clarified the guidance of archival work
