先天性鼻梨状孔狭窄（ＣＮＰＡＳ）是导致新生儿气道阻塞的一种临床疾病，其病因所知甚少。１９５２年Ｄｏｕｇｌａｓ首次报道８例鼻梨状孔狭窄，大部分伴有唇裂。１９８９年Ｂｒｗｏｎ等报道６例婴儿ＣＮＰＡＳ，均不伴其它先天畸形。他们认为ＣＮＰＡＳ是因梨状孔下份即上颌?
Congenital nasosinus stenosis (CNPAS) is a clinical condition that leads to obstruction of the airways in newborns, and the etiology is poorly understood. Douglas first reported in 8 cases in 8 cases of nasal narrow stenosis, most of them accompanied by cleft lip. 1989 Brwon et al reported 6 cases of infant CNPAS, are not associated with other congenital malformations.
