目的　观察通心络胶囊对麻醉犬脑血管的影响。方法　将 1 6只犬随机分为 4组 ,空白对照组给等量生理盐水 ,通心络小剂量组给通心络胶囊 0 .36g/kg,通心络大剂量组给通心络胶囊 0 .72 g/kg,及阳性药华佗再造丸组给华佗再造丸 1 .0 g/kg,4组均麻醉后十二指肠给药。采用电磁流量计法测定脑血流量 ,采用股动脉插管法测定血压。结果　通心络胶囊 (0 .36、0 .72 g/kg)可增加麻醉犬脑血管流量 ,降低脑血管阻力 ,对血压、心率无明显影响。结论　通心络胶囊对脑血管有一定影响 Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on cerebral blood vessels in anesthetized dogs. Methods A total of 16 dogs were randomly divided into 4 groups. The control group was given the same volume of normal saline, the Tongxinluo low-dose group was given Tongxinluo capsules at 0. 36g/kg, and the Tongxinluo high-dose group was given to Tongxinluo capsules. .72 g/kg, and the Huayin Zaizao Pills group were given Hua Wei Zai Zao Wan (1. 0 g/kg), and the four groups were given duodenal administration. Cerebral blood flow was measured using an electromagnetic flowmeter and blood pressure was measured using a femoral artery catheterization method. Results Tongxinluo Capsule (0.36, 0.72 g/kg) increased cerebral blood flow in anesthetized dogs, decreased cerebral vascular resistance, and had no significant effect on blood pressure and heart rate. Conclusion Tongxinluo Capsule has certain influence on cerebral blood vessels
