改革开放后,随着我国经济的不断发展,建筑工程造价的发展也有了一个新的开始,工程概预算的准确性和工程造价的水平紧密相关。在研究建筑项目概预算工作与工程造价两者关系的基础上,分析了建筑工程概预算编制中普遍存在的问题,提高概预算编制精确性的具体策略,为建筑工程概预算质量的提升提供理论参考。
After the reform and opening up, with the continuous development of economy in our country, the development of construction cost also has a new beginning. The accuracy of project budget is closely related to the project cost. Based on the study of the relationship between the estimated budget of construction project and the cost of construction project, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the general budget of construction project and the specific strategies of improving the accuracy of the budget estimate, and provides the theory for the improvement of the budgetary estimate of construction project reference.
