目的分析将健康教育作用于小儿哮喘护理中的整体性效果。方法选取我院2013年8月~2015年10月接收的小儿哮喘患儿60例作为本次研究的研究对象,根据入院先后的顺序将患儿60例划分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30);对照组患儿在整个治疗过程中行常规护理,观察组则在常规护理的基础上加入健康教育。结果观察组患儿住院期间哮喘发作次数为(2.7±1.0)次,明显低于对照组的(4.8±2.1)次;两组患儿的治疗效果及患儿家属对于疾病知识的知晓率比较,观察组也明显优于对照组,三组数据比较统计学差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将健康教育加入到小儿哮喘的护理中,能够有效提高治疗效果并控制哮喘的发作次数,方法值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the overall effect of health education on pediatric asthma care. Methods Sixty children with pediatric asthma received from August 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. According to the order of admission, 60 children were divided into observation group (n = 30) and control group (N = 30). Children in the control group underwent routine nursing care during the whole course of treatment. The observation group received health education on the basis of routine nursing care. Results The number of asthma attacks in observation group was (2.7 ± 1.0) times during hospitalization, which was significantly lower than that in control group (4.8 ± 2.1). The treatment effect and the relative awareness of disease-related knowledge of family members between two groups were compared. The observation group was also significantly better than the control group, the three groups showed statistically significant statistical differences (P <0.05). Conclusion The health education to pediatric asthma care, can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and control the number of asthma attacks, the method is worth learning from.
