在实际工程中,经常会出现下列现象:由于运输车运输或等待时间过长,造成混凝土工作性能变差,已不适于施工而被退回搅拌站;由于生产量超过施工量,混凝土被剩余退回。被剩下或退回的混凝土有的被降低强度等级用于其他部位,有的各组分被分离出来,重新作为混凝土生产的原材料使用,有的只能丢弃。那么什么情况下该采取什么样的处理措施呢?当发现混凝土只能被剩或被退时如何做能降低后续处理的复杂程度并减少浪费?如何减少混凝土的剩、退灰现象呢?本期特别策划邀请大家将自己的工作经验与同行共享。
