目的:利用HPLC同时测定白花蛇舌草注射液中5种成分的含量。这5种成分包括环烯醚萜苷类(10-乙酰鸡矢藤苷、鸡矢藤苷甲酯、去乙酰车叶草苷酸甲酯)和黄酮苷类{槲皮素-3-O-[2-O-(6-O-E-阿魏酰基)-D-吡喃葡糖基]-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷、山柰酚-3-O-[2-O-(6-O-E-阿魏酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡糖基]-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷}。方法:采用Sun FireTMC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(含0.1%甲酸)为流动相,梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,流速1.0 m L·min-1。结果:各对照品在线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均≥0.999 5;加样回收率为98.1%~101.2%,RSD均≤3.3%。结论:该方法操作简便,结果可靠,重复性好,可作为白花蛇舌草注射液质量评价的参考依据。
Objective: To determine the contents of five components in Hedyotis diffusa Willd Injection Simultaneously by HPLC. The five ingredients include iridoid glycosides (10-acetylglucoside, chicken rotolone methyl ester, deacetyl carotinyl ester methyl ester) and flavonoid glycosides {quercetin -3-O- [2 (6-OE-feruloyl) -D-glucopyranosyl] -β-D-galactopyranoside, kaempferol-3-0- [2- Ferulyl) -β-D-glucopyranosyl] -β-D-galactopyranoside}. Methods: The column was eluted with Sun FireTMC18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) using acetonitrile-water (containing 0.1% formic acid) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 m L · min-1 at 30 ℃. Results: The linearity of each reference substance was good linearity, the correlation coefficients were all ≥0.999 5; the recovery rates were 98.1% -101.2%, and the RSDs were all ≤3.3%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable, reproducible and can be used as reference for the quality evaluation of Hedyotis diffusa.
