我国西北地区光热资源丰富,特产多、品质好,特别是糖分、蛋白质含量和果蔬着色等方面优于内地。但春、秋热量不足,限制了作物布局和产量的进一步提高。新疆地处典型大陆性气候地带,冬季严寒,早春和晚秋也经常有霜冻危害。为探索一种省能、省工、成本低,效果好的节能、增温保温措施,以促进农业生产。经几年模型试制对比观察提出了组合式球面充气塑料棚的设计方案,并于一九八四年春,自己设计、自己制作,进行了球面充气小棚的温、光效应研究,取得了明显效果。
Northwest China is rich in light and heat resources, specialty and good quality, especially sugar, protein content and fruit and vegetable coloring better than the Mainland. However, lack of heat in spring and autumn limits the further improvement of crop layout and output. Xinjiang is located in a typical continental climate zone with cold winter and frost damage frequently in early spring and late autumn. In order to explore a saving, labor, low cost, effective energy saving, warming insulation measures to promote agricultural production. After several years of trial comparison of the prototype model, the design scheme of the composite spherical inflatable plastic shed was put forward. In the spring of 1984, it was designed and made by ourselves. The research on the temperature and light effect of the spherical inflatable shed was achieved. .
