目的探讨肾癌患者肿瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)及环氧合酶2(COX-2)的表达水平及其临床意义。方法收集50例肾癌患者术后癌组织及20例肾良性病变手术后的肾组织(均经术后病理及影像学等检查确定),并按相应步骤进行切片,分别采用免疫组织化学PV6000两步法测定肾肿瘤组织中两种肿瘤标记物的表达水平,并进行统计学分析。结果肾癌患者肿瘤组织中的MMP-9及COX-2水平均较良性对照组染色明显(P<0.05)。其中肾癌组MMP-9的阳性率为86%,而COX-2在肾癌组中的阳性率为82%,二者表达水平明显呈正相关(r=0.039,P<0.05)。结论肾癌组织中MMP-9及COX-2都存在着过度表达,且二者均随肿瘤病理分级的增高而表达进一步强烈,证明二者在肾癌的发生、发展、浸润及转移中发挥重要作用
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) and cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) in renal cell carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Fifty cases of renal cell carcinoma and 20 cases of benign renal neoplasm were collected after operation (all of them were confirmed by postoperative pathology and imaging examination) and sliced according to the corresponding steps. Immunohistochemistry PV6000 The expression levels of two tumor markers in renal tumor tissues were determined by walking method and statistically analyzed. Results The levels of MMP-9 and COX-2 in renal cell carcinoma tissue were significantly higher than those in benign control group (P <0.05). The positive rate of MMP-9 in renal cell carcinoma was 86%, while the positive rate of COX-2 in renal cell carcinoma was 82%. There was a positive correlation between the expression of MMP-9 and nephridial carcinoma (r = 0.039, P <0.05). Conclusion Both MMP-9 and COX-2 in renal cell carcinoma are over-expressed, and both of them are further strongly expressed with the increase of tumor pathological grade, which shows that both of them play an important role in the occurrence, development, infiltration and metastasis of renal cell carcinoma effect
