改革开放以来,我国民营企业得到了长足发展,为我国经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高做出了极大的贡献。但随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和我国加入世界贸易组织,在新形势下民营企业在其发展中遇到了一些问题,如融资困难、信用不足、人才匮乏等。而从目前的情况来看,民营企业的人力资源管理不完善是严重制约企业发展的一个重大问题,此问题严重阻碍了民营企业的发展。因此,如何加强和完善民营企业人力资源管理是当前我国民营企业在发展过程中亟待解决的问题。对我国民营企业人力资管理进行分析、探讨具有直接而现实的意义。对我国民营企业人力资源管理的重要性、人力资源管理存在的问题及对策进行了分析、论述,并在权力制约、提高民营企业家素质、增强企业凝聚力等方面提出相应的对策。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s private-owned enterprises have made great strides in their development and made great contributions to the economic development of our country and the improvement of people’s living standards. However, with the acceleration of global economic integration and China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, private enterprises have encountered some problems in their development in the new situation, such as financing difficulties, lack of credit and lack of qualified personnel. However, judging from the current situation, the imperfect management of human resources in private enterprises is a major issue that severely restricts the development of enterprises. This problem has seriously hindered the development of private-owned enterprises. Therefore, how to strengthen and improve the human resource management of private-owned enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved in the development of private-owned enterprises in our country at present. It is of direct and realistic significance to analyze and discuss human resources management in our country’s private enterprises. Analyzes the importance of human resource management of private enterprises in our country, the existing problems and countermeasures of human resource management, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in terms of power restriction, improving the quality of private entrepreneurs and enhancing cohesion of enterprises.
