近几年在国内钻井中PDC钻头的广泛应用给录井行业带来了巨大的挑战。特别给岩屑录井带来诸多问题,岩屑细碎呈粉末状,给岩屑描述、岩性定名带来的极大的难题,从而也影响到了以岩屑录井为基础的其他录井手段的准确型,导致录井油气发现率、剖面符合率下降,同时还造成地层对比、岩性归位不准确等问题。如何提高PDC钻头钻井条件下的岩屑录井质量是整个录井行业的一个焦点话题。本文对PDC钻头钻井条件下的岩屑录井技术进行了分析和总结。
In recent years, the widespread application of PDC bits in domestic drilling has brought huge challenges to the logging industry. In particular, many problems have been encountered in debris logging. The finely divided debris is powdery, which poses a great challenge to detritus description and lithology. As a result, other logging tools based on debris logging are also affected Which led to the discovery rate of logging oil and gas, the decrease of coincidence rate of profile and the problems of stratum contrast and lithology homing inaccuracy. How to improve the quality of cuttings logging in PDC bit drilling is a hot topic in the logging industry. This paper analyzes and summarizes the debris logging technology under PDC bit drilling conditions.
