党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》明确提出了建设法治中国的重要目标。建设法治中国要以道德建设为基础,这是人类社会历史发展的实践要求,也是改革开放35年来的经验教训。从根本上来说,法治建设离不开道德建设,而法治建设一旦离开了道德建设就会走上异化。推进法治中国建设必须以道德建设为基础,推进依法治国与以德治国相结合。 The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of the Reform” passed by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly sets forth the important goal of building a rule of law in China. Building a Rule of Law China must base its efforts on moral construction, which is the practical requirement for the historical development of human society and the lessons learned from the 35 years of reform and opening up. Fundamentally speaking, the construction of the rule of law can not be separated from moral construction, and once the rule of law has left the moral construction, it will embark on alienation. To promote the rule of law in China’s construction must be based on moral construction and promote the combination of governing the country by law and administering the country by morality.
