局限于粘膜和粘膜下层的早期胃癌,术后的长期预后十分良好,但也可能复发,甚至在术后长期存活的病人中,还可能在其它脏器发生异时性癌肿。本文报道日本 Tottori 大学医学院的附属医院中在1948~1981年间因患早期胃癌而施行胃切除的452例。截至1983年9月止,已死亡107例,其中除手术死亡6例外,术后晚期死亡的共101例。手术后存活的446例中,癌肿局限于粘膜者206例(占46.2%);侵入粘膜下层者240例(占53.8%)。前者的术后5年和10年生存率分别为91.6%和74.4%;
Confined to early gastric cancer in the mucosa and submucosa, the long-term prognosis after surgery is very good, but it may also recur. Even in patients with long-term survival after surgery, allograft cancer may occur in other organs. This paper reports on 452 cases of gastric resection for early gastric cancer from 1948 to 1981 in the affiliated hospital of Tottori University School of Medicine in Japan. As of September 1983, there were 107 deaths, including a total of 101 deaths with 6 exceptions and operative deaths. Of the 446 cases that survived the operation, 206 cases (46.2%) were confined to the mucosa, and 240 cases (53.8%) invaded the submucosa. The former 5-year and 10-year survival rates were 91.6% and 74.4%, respectively.
