发动机采用电子喷油器后,输出功率高、燃油经济性好、排放物少和运转能力好,并且在发动机全部使用期间造些特性都稳定,因此,即使在小排量发动机中,电子喷油器也将取代汽化器。由于利用进气歧管中的气流谐振能够获得潜在功率,所以在小型发动机中不仅装备单点式喷油系统,而且也装备多点式喷油系统。这就要求在极短的喷油脉冲时间里对微量的燃油进行精确的计量,还要求喷油器有改善的低端线性。
