目的：在一个园区网上，对通过ＭＳＰｒｏｘｙ 代理访问Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ和ＭＳＥｘｃｈａｎｇｅ实现电子邮件服务的用户进行计费和访问控制，建立局域网用户与拨号用户的监控与管理系统，以达到管理员对网络用户的自动化管理。方法：借助于ＭＳＰｒｏｘｙ 的访问日志、ＭＳＥｘｃｈａｎｇｅ 的日志记录及Ｒａ－ｄｉｕｓ 的认证数据，通过ＭＳＳＱＬＳｅｒｖｅｒ 数据库系统，用Ｃ＋ ＋ Ｂｕｉｌｄｅｒ 开发了基于客户／服务器和Ｗｅｂ 的用户流量记账与拨号计时功能，用Ｗｅｂ 方式提供用户信息服务与账号管理。结果：应用该网络监控与管理系统，完成了一个大型园区网上对Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ用户的计费及管理，从而保证了网络的正常运行及安全监控。结论：作为Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ服务商和管理员，不仅要有效地监控与管理网络用户，而且还应当为用户提供便利的网络服务，我们开发的该监控与管理系统，实现了网络的自动化、智能化管理。
Purpose: To charge and control the users who access the Internet and MSExchange through the MSProxy proxy for e-mail services through a campus network. Establish the monitoring and management system for LAN users and dial-up users so as to achieve the automatic management of network users by administrators . Methods: Based on MSProxy’s access log, MSExchange logging and Ra-dius authentication data, a user / server and Web-based user accounting and dialing timer function was developed with C + + Builder through MSSQLServer database system. Way to provide user information services and account management. Results: By using this network monitoring and management system, it completed the charging and management of Internet users in a large-scale park online, thus ensuring the normal operation and safety monitoring of the network. Conclusion: As an Internet service provider and administrator, we not only need to effectively monitor and manage network users, but also provide users with convenient network services. The monitoring and management system we have developed enables automated and intelligent network management.
