例 1 女 ,5 5岁 ,本院职工。因外感风热就诊。取含有蝉蜕的中药煎剂 3剂 ,服药 0 .5ｈ出现皮肤潮红、瘙痒 ,呼吸困难 ,喉头水肿 ,头晕 ,面色及口唇苍白。检查 :皮肤冷 ,呼吸、脉搏、心音均微弱 ,血压 8.5 6ｋＰａ(1ｋＰａ =7.5ｍｍＨｇ) ,诊断为蝉蜕过敏症。立即给予鼻导管吸
