目的：对国产左氧氟沙星的安全、有效性进行评价。方法：实验组应用国产片治疗１０９ 例，对照组应用进口片治疗７０例，均按每次２００ ｍｇ，ｂｉｄ 给药，疗程５～７ ｄ。结果：实验组临床有效率８７．２ ％ ，细菌清除率８６ ．９％ ，不良反应发生率１３ ．６ ％ ；对照组以上３ 项分别为８５．７ ％ 、８８．４％ 和１２．９％ 。两组间差异无显著性（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５）。结论：国产左氧氟沙星与进口左氧氟沙星治疗急性细菌性感染同样安全有效。
Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of domestic levofloxacin. Methods: In the experimental group, 109 cases were treated with Chinese-made tablets and 70 cases in the control group with imported tablets. All patients were treated with 200 mg twice daily for 5 to 7 days. Results: The clinical effective rate was 87.2% in the experimental group and the bacterial clearance rate was 86. 9%, the incidence of adverse reactions 13. 6% in the control group and 85.7%, 88.4% and 12.9% in the control group respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Domestic levofloxacin and imported levofloxacin are equally safe and effective in the treatment of acute bacterial infections.
