纳米钛酸钡粉体的溶胶-水热-凝胶法制备与表征

采用正钛酸丁酯和乙酸钡为原料 ,甲醇和乙二醇独甲醚为溶剂 ,用溶胶 -水热 -凝胶法经不同条件的水热温度和不同的热处理条件制备出了 15~ 5 0 nm的钛酸钡超细粉体 ,并对粉体进行了 DSC、FT- IR、XRD、TEM等表征 .结果表明 :制备的纳米钛酸钡具有均匀化学成分和良好的晶型 Using n-butyl titanate and barium acetate as raw materials, methanol and ethylene glycol monomethyl ether as solvent, using sol-hydrothermal-gel method under different conditions of hydrothermal temperature and different heat treatment conditions were prepared 15 ~ 5 0 barium titanate ultrafine powders were prepared and the powders were characterized by DSC, FT-IR, XRD and TEM.The results showed that the prepared nanostructured barium titanate has uniform chemical composition and good crystal form
