本文叙述了模锻过程中应用超塑性效应的某些研究结果。研究了AMг6和MA2-1合金自由镦粗和模锻时变形的温度—速度制度。确定了这些合金变形的最佳温度—速度条件,在该条件下,出现超塑性特征:高的变形性能和低的变形力。我们采用滑块速度可调的ОЗП—100TC的液压机作为设备。将模具(模块)放于安装在压力机工作区的等温装置中加热到所研究的变形温度。装置的示意图示于图1。
This paper describes some of the findings of the application of superplasticity in the forging process. The temperature-velocity regime of the AM86 and MA2-1 alloys during upsetting and forging was investigated. The optimal temperature-velocity conditions for the deformation of these alloys were determined, under which superplastic characteristics appeared: high deformability and low deformability. We use a hydraulic machine with a slider speed adjustable ОЗП-100TC as equipment. The mold (module) is heated in the isothermal unit installed in the working area of the press to the deformation temperature under study. A schematic of the device is shown in FIG. 1.
