近年来,我国各类食品安全事件频繁出现,从行政伦理的视角看,其原因主要包括:政府内部社会责任观缺失和错位、行政人员伦理道德失范、公共利益与部门利益之间的冲突、行政伦理立法的缺失等几个方面。本文将从以下几个途径合理规范食品安全问题:强化政府“以人为本”的监管理念、加强行政伦理教育、推进行政伦理法治化、完善行政伦理监督机制,从而切实保障我国食品安全。
In recent years, various kinds of food safety incidents in our country frequently appear. From the perspective of administrative ethics, the reasons mainly include: the lack and dislocation of social responsibility concept within the government, the disregard of the ethics of administrative staff, the conflict between the public interest and the departmental benefit, the administrative Lack of ethical legislation and other aspects. This article will rationally regulate food safety from the following aspects: to strengthen the government “people-oriented ” regulatory concept, strengthen administrative ethics education, promote the legal ethics of administrative ethics, improve the administrative ethics supervision mechanism, so as to effectively protect China’s food safety.
