本研究用Wistar大鼠,自然光照,分成正常对照组、假手术对照组及去松果体组。术后1,2,4,8周取材,取血作催产素(OT),血管加压素(VP)放免测定。下丘脑、垂体后叶Bouin’s固定,石蜡包埋,连续切片间断取材,用S-P法相邻切片染抗VP,抗垂体后叶激素运载蛋白(NP)、抗OT,以HE、醛品红染色作对照,统计下丘脑视上核、室旁核阳性细胞数及其平均染色强度,神经垂体阳性反应末梢用图像分析法测定其面积,所有数据作统计学处理。结果发现去松果体组下丘脑视上核、室旁核阳性细胞数自术后1周起持续增
In this study, Wistar rats, natural light, divided into normal control group, sham operation control group and pineal gland group.
