目的了解上海市出租车司机的营养相关生活方式现状,为营养干预工作提供科学依据。方法抽取上海某机场蓄车池中候车的出租车司机1027人,通过出租车司机膳食营养调查问卷进行调查。结果52.68%的调查对象BMI属于超重和肥胖范围。蔬菜摄入量、水果摄入量和饮水量达到推荐水平的比例分别为40.41%、15.87%和51.41%,平均每人每天摄入量分别为259.25 g、104.85 g和1366.69 ml;1周内有单次超过20 min中等强度及以上的运动的比例为36.90%。结论上海市出租车司机超重和肥胖率远高于全国成人超重和肥胖率,蔬菜摄入量尚可,水果摄入量严重不足,缺乏运动,需加强营养与生活方式健康教育,促进其健康。
Objective To understand the status quo of nutrition-related lifestyles of taxi drivers in Shanghai and to provide a scientific basis for nutrition intervention. Methods A total of 1027 taxi drivers who were waiting in the storage pool at an airport in Shanghai were surveyed by questionnaire of dietary nutrition of taxi drivers. Results 52.68% of the respondents had BMI overweight and obesity. The ratio of vegetable intake, fruit intake and drinking water reached the recommended levels were 40.41%, 15.87% and 51.41%, respectively. The average daily intake per person was 259.25 g, 104.85 g and 1366.69 ml respectively. Within 1 week A single exercise more than 20 min medium intensity and above the proportion of 36.90%. Conclusion The overweight and obesity rates of taxi drivers in Shanghai are much higher than the national rates of overweight and obesity. The intake of vegetables is acceptable, the intake of fruits is seriously insufficient and lack of exercise. Nutrition and life style health education needs to be strengthened to promote their health.
