6个月,122个工作日,45个加班日,资源高峰时20个人全力以赴,在公司及有关领导的支持下,在合理分配工作和实时的进度监控调度下,东风新能源项目在4月6日顺利上线,结果好于客户预期,在非常有限的时间内完成这样一个复杂的项目,客户业务部门负责人称此项目为奇迹。此项目时间之紧、任务之重、复杂度之高,在公司历来的MES项目中都不多见,在此对该项目进行回顾总结,以期对后续的项目管理有所帮助。
6 months, 122 working days and 45 overtime days. At the peak of resources, 20 people went all out.
