当压缩介质的物理性质改变时,离心式压缩机通流部分中气流的相似性受到破坏,从而大大地影响到压缩机的工作效率〔1、3〕。因此,在计算和设计离心式压缩机时,基本相似准数——马赫数M、雷诺准数Re和等熵指数k, 对离心式压缩机级工作的影响具有很大意义。敖德萨制冷工业工艺研究所根据对离心式压缩机的通流部分某些个别元件能量损失的观察,提出了关于这些准数对离心式压缩机效率影响的分析方法。
As the physical properties of the compressed media change, the similarity of the airflow in the throughflow section of the centrifugal compressor is compromised, greatly affecting the efficiency of the compressor [1,3]. Therefore, in the calculation and design of centrifugal compressors, the basic similarity of the standard - Mach M, Reynolds number Re and isentropic index k, the centrifugal compressor work great significance.
