本实验通过荧光微血管造影的方法观察活体大鼠肺表面微循环,并与普通光下观察法进行了比较。结果显示:1.5%~2.0%的荧光素钠为一良好的肺微循环造影剂,肺微循环的荧光图象与普通光观察法比较,血管显影清晰,边界明确,能准确地测定微血管的真实口径变化,并判断肺血流的方向,区分肺微动、静脉;肺表面微动脉密度明显高于细静脉,以内径<60μm的微动脉最多见,肺微动脉多呈直角分出,直径50~55μm的微动脉内血流速度为0.258±0.021cm/s。
