根据航天试验的特点 ,对航天发射场 C3I系统的组成、结构、完善的方法、充分发挥 C3I系统的总体效能、提高指挥自动化水平和决策支持能力等方面进行了探讨 ,提出了在发射场 C3I系统中引入测试发射过程故障诊断系统的技术方法。从重视航天发射场 C3I系统的功能和应用软件的研制开发 ,为提高航天发射指挥自动化水平以及达到对指挥员决策支持的目的提供了理论基础和技术指导。
