基础教育课程改革的目的是为了全面实施素质教育,有效的课堂教学是实现素质教育的主要途径之一。所谓“有效教学”是指教师在社会资源尽可能节约的前提下,通过教学促进学生素质的全面、和谐、可持续的发展,就其实践影响而言,它是基于提高数学教学效益、通过强化过程评价和目标管理的一种现代教学模式。从经济学的理论来讲,对效益最简单的解释就是教学投入和产出比,即教学效率=教学产出/教学投入。
