众所周知,听课是学校教学中的一种常见活动,而每一次的听与被听都可能有多方面的收获,所以,听课是一种多边活动。应该说听课是教师专业化发展的重要途径,教师在课堂教学中往往意识不到自己的教学行为,通过听课不仅可以学习到别人的经验,吸取别人失败的教训,用别人的方法指导自己的教学,更主要的是可以对自己的教学进行反思和研究,将一些听课得到的感性认识归纳为理性的认识,发现自己教学中的不足,通过取长补短、相互交流,改进自己的教学,从而达到共同提高的目的。现将听课的类型、方法以及意义简要进行总结。
