声波法是锚杆锚固质量无损检测普遍采用的方法。在实际工程中,检测信号常常受各种因素的影响,不能真实有效地反映工程实际,影响锚杆锚固质量的判断。从理论和实践两方面分析信号失真的原因,总结工程实践中减少信号失真的措施与方法,可为锚杆无损检测技术的理论研究和工程应用提供一定的参考。
Acoustic wave method is widely used in non-destructive testing of anchor bolt quality. In practical engineering, the detection signal is often affected by various factors, which can not truly and effectively reflect the engineering practice and affect the judgment of bolt anchorage quality. This paper analyzes the causes of signal distortion from both theoretical and practical aspects, summarizes the measures and methods of reducing signal distortion in engineering practice, and provides some references for the theoretical research and engineering application of the NDT technology.
