一、前 言 过上,作为硫安、硝安等化学肥料用的合成氨,最近由于尿素肥料及铜氨丝、尼龙、煮比等的化学纤维和尿素树脂等扩大了作为工业原料的应用面,并为了降低生产成本,其生产规模在逐渐扩大。 氨合成设备及尿素合成设备中,往复式气体压缩机为重要设备之一,其价格也比较高。因此,作设备计划时,必须注意选择。 氨合成设备大体上分气体发生部门和气体合成部门两部分;而任何一部门都需要气体压缩机。 最近大型化工设备中,都采用效率高且经济的高压气化法,在这种情况下,包括尿素合成的氨合成过程和气体压缩机的关系如衅1所示。
I. In recent large-scale chemical equipment, high-efficiency and economical high-pressure gasification methods are used.
