以科学发展观和系统工程理论为指导,结合挖掘机的挖掘工作的多样性、复杂性、不确定性和不可逆性等特点,笔者总结多年的设计实践,提出了将“人-机-环境”设计成为适应性系统,组成该系统的各因素(如人、挖掘机、挖掘对象)应满足它们之间的功能关系、信息关系和认知关系,从而保证系统平稳运行。在此基础上,笔者提出变单纯的机器设计为挖掘方式设计思路;并推荐用经验加理论模型的方法,确定挖掘机的力能参数。
Guided by the scientific concept of development and system engineering theory, combined with excavator excavation work diversity, complexity, uncertainty and irreversibility and other characteristics, the author summarizes many years of design practice, put forward the “people - machine - environment ”Designed as an adaptive system, the factors that make up the system (such as people, excavators, mining objects) should satisfy the functional relationship, information relationship and cognitive relationship between them so as to ensure the smooth operation of the system. On this basis, the author puts forward a simple machine design as digging design ideas; and recommends the use of experience plus theoretical models to determine the excavator’s power parameters.
