水中溶解的CO_2量通常都用空气带出或经过蒸馏分离吸收,然后以各种方法进行测定,或直接用碱滴定;或把水样与无CO_2蒸馏水置于密封装置内让两水间气体交换,达到平衡后测定蒸馏水中CO_2量来计算水样中CO_2量。我们试制了CO_2气敏电极,用于测定水中溶解的CO_2游离量和总量,操作简单,灵敏度较高,一般可测至0.4ppm。实验一、仪器与试制:CO_2电极结构与氨气敏电极相同,pH平头玻璃电极由上海电光器件厂制备,内电解液为0.005MNaHCO_3-0.02MNaCl,气透膜用上海橡胶制品研究所试制的硅橡胶薄膜。用Radiometer pHM62电位仪测读电位,测量时
