无公害菠菜生产技术是在菠菜生产技术的基础 上,强调了生产环境及生产投入物的使用,并严格规范 了操作技术的规程,对每一个产生蔬菜污染的环境加 以控制,使蔬菜产品不受污染,使产品符合其卫生标 准。 一、栽培环境应符合环境标准要求 要符合农业部2001年9月公布的《无公害食品- 蔬菜产地环境条件》(NY5010-2001)中对蔬菜生产要 求的空气,水分和土壤的具体规定。
