自20世纪80年代以来,国际关系领域开始关注环境安全问题,对环境安全的理解逐渐从片面转向全面。女性主义在这一背景下介入环境安全领域,从性别视角审视传统安全观和已有环境安全理论与实践,发现其隐含着的性别缺失,揭示深植于西方政治思想中的二元论根源。在解析传统安全领域性别问题的基础上,女性主义提出了整体主义的环境安全构想以及理想的国际环境安全图景。
Since the 1980s, the field of international relations has begun to pay attention to environmental security issues, and the understanding of environmental security has gradually shifted from one-sided to comprehensive. In this context, feminism is involved in the field of environmental security. From the perspective of gender, he examines both the traditional security concept and the existing theory and practice of environmental security and finds out the hidden gender gaps and reveals the dualism rooted in the western political thoughts. On the basis of analyzing the gender issues in the field of traditional security, feminism proposes the holistic environmental security concept and the ideal picture of international environmental security.
