目的:观察非手术康复治疗对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法:270例腰椎间盘突出症患者均给予牵引、推拿、卧床休息、药物治疗、理疗、功能锻炼治疗.泊疗前后根据疗效评定标准评定疗效.结果:治疗后症状明显改善,治愈显效率达96.7%.结论:非手术康复治疗对腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著
