随着工业的发展,对铝合金型材提出了愈来愈高的要求。传统生产工艺所生产的型材,机械性能较低,不能满足要求。采用水封淬火新工艺,就是把高温挤压的型材进行强化冷却(水冷),然后再进行人工时效。其结果表明,改善了合金的金相组织,提高了型材的机械性能,与传统工艺生产的型材相比较,其抗拉强度和屈服强度均提高19~29兆帕。同时工艺比较简单、操作方便、节约能量、提高了劳动生产率,值得推广使用。
With the development of the industry, aluminum alloy profiles put forward higher and higher requirements. The profiles produced by the traditional production process have low mechanical properties and can not meet the requirements.
