目的探讨康复指导对腰椎间盘突出症患者康复的影响.方法对65例腰椎间盘突出症患者在住院期间进行康复指导,内容包括:卧床休息、指导腰背肌功能锻练、腰腿痛生活指导.结果出院

目的探讨康复指导对腰椎间盘突出症患者康复的影响.方法对65例腰椎间盘突出症患者在住院期间进行康复指导,内容包括:卧床休息、指导腰背肌功能锻练、腰腿痛生活指导.结果出院后随访半年,自觉症状全部消失,能正常生活和工作19例占29.2%,自觉症状基本消失,不影响日常生活38例占58.5%,症状同前或有轻微改善8例占12.3%,总有效率为87.7%.结论康复指导是预防腰椎间盘突出,减少腰腿痛复发,提高日常生活活动能力,保证生活质量的有效措施.
