餐饮业是旅游业的三大支柱行业之一,只有不断提高服务质量,才能增加游客对旅游目的地的认同感,而近年来海南的餐饮业服务质量问题已经引起社会的广泛关注。本文就目前海南旅游餐饮业服务和管理的现状,探讨和分析日本5S管理法对此质量管理工作带来的启示,最后对海南旅游餐饮业健康可持续发展提出一些对策与建议。
Catering industry is one of the three pillar industries in tourism. Only by continuously improving service quality can tourists increase identity of tourist destinations. In recent years, the quality of catering industry in Hainan has caused widespread concern in the society. In this paper, the current situation of tourism and catering industry in Hainan is discussed and analyzed, and the enlightenment brought by Japan’s 5S Management Law to this quality management is discussed. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the healthy and sustainable development of tourism and catering industry in Hainan.
