车架管通过窄带钢高频直流电阻焊管后进行冷弯加工成型,在冷弯加工过程中出现开裂现象。通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪等相关试验手段,对造成车架管开裂的原因进行检验分析,认为钢材中的保护渣卷入、硅酸盐夹杂物超标、焊缝处的过热组织、冷加工硬化程度过高等均可能导致车架管开裂。针对不同开裂方式进行研究,提出采取优化炼钢工艺、轧制冷却工艺、焊接工艺等整改措施,有效控制了车架管开裂缺陷,开裂缺陷率由原来的25.5%降至2.7%,提高了成材率。
Frame tube through the narrow-band high-frequency DC resistance welded steel pipe cold-formed after the cold-formed in the process of cracking phenomenon. Through the metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometer and other related test methods, the cause of the frame tube cracking was analyzed and analyzed. It was considered that the flux contained in the steel, the silicate inclusions exceeded, and the overheated structure at the weld , Cold work hardening too high and so may lead to frame tube cracking. Based on the research of different cracking methods, this paper puts forward the rectification measures such as optimizing steel-making process, rolling cooling process and welding process, and effectively control the cracking of frame tube. The cracking defect rate is reduced from 25.5% to 2.7% rate.
