后张法预应力桥梁在投入使用一段时间后,会发现在预应力波纹管位置的混凝土表面出现渗水、钢筋锈迹以及波纹管位置的混凝土碳化程度大等病害,这主要是由于孔道压浆不饱满、浆体密实度不够引起,为弥补已往常规桥梁预应力孔道压浆工艺存在的不足,提高孔道压浆质量,采用真空辅助压浆新技术对后张法预应力孔道进行压浆,这项技术使得压浆后浆体盈满孔道,密实程度高。常州西绕城高速公路桥梁施工中采用这一新工艺,经检测效果良好。
