Leukemia (BT) patients with borderline type of tuberculosis are known to have frequent adverse reactions (RRs) during the first year of treatment and are associated with a rapid reactivation of cell-mediated immunity (CMI). Acute Neuritis can lead to irreversible neurological damage, which is the main cause of chronic disability in 25% of leprosy patients So far, the mechanism of occurrence of RR is poorly understood and genetic markers that predict susceptibility to RR are not only clinically important , But also provide insight into the mechanism of adverse reactions.
