针对江苏外围低渗透油层物性差、渗透率低、敏感性强、温度高等特点,研究了针对性较强的酸化配方体系,该体系配方具有长效缓蚀、缓速性好、无二次伤害等特点,酸液腐蚀速率低,室内天然岩心模拟实验,岩心渗透率恢复率110%以上,渗透率提高率大于140%。为了避免下井工具通过造斜段时遇阻(或遇卡),采用缩小工具外径和工具串总长度的原则,研制了分隔器机械分段酸化工艺,一趟管柱可实现5段酸化处理,不仅可有效地控制水平段不同部位的酸化处理强度,而且达到了均匀酸化的目的。该技术的研制成功,解决了江苏油田长水平段水平井不能分段酸化处理,不同部位无法均匀布酸的技术难题,社会效益与经济效益显著。
