触电致心脏停搏的原因多为心室颤动(以下简称室颤),在没有电除颤设备的基层医疗单位,使用药物除颤仍有实用价值。最近我院在抢救1例触电致呼吸心跳骤停患者中,以静脉注射肾上腺素和冲击量利多卡因转复心律获得成功。
