在我国医疗保障体制改革如火如荼进行之际 ,日臻激烈的竞争使医院面临前所未有的压力 ,塑造和培养“名医”成为各大医院增强竞争力的重要思路。我们认为 ,“名医”必须具备高层次的学识与丰富的临床经验、高尚的人格与医德、高超的技术创新能力和同舟共济的团队精神。在“名医”的培养过程中 ,应及时发现真正的可塑之才 ,积极加以多渠道培养 ,并施行强有力的制度以激发医院员工的工作积极性和上进心 ,同时还应选择合适的新闻媒介 ,向社会进行有效的形象传递 ,逐步使“名医”广为人知。
While the reform of China’s medical security system is in full swing, the fierce competition has brought unprecedented pressure on hospitals. Modeling and nurturing “famous doctors” has become an important idea for major hospitals to enhance their competitiveness. We believe that “famous doctors” must possess high-level knowledge and rich clinical experience, noble personality and medical ethics, superb technological innovation capabilities, and team spirit in the same boat. In the cultivation of “famous medical practitioners”, we should promptly identify truly talented individuals, actively develop multi-channel training, and implement strong systems to stimulate the work enthusiasm and motivation of hospital staff. At the same time, we should also select appropriate media. The effective image transmission to the society gradually makes the famous doctors known.
