将植物油大分子(VOMM)基丙烯酸乳液加入到纸张涂料中,并与商品低羧基化改性的苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液相比较。结果表明,将脂肪酸衍生物共聚掺入乳液能促进成膜时的聚结,并能提高玻璃化温度;VOMM基乳液的疏水性比低羧基化改性的苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液更好,表面活性剂的迁移性更少。
Vegetable oil macromolecule (VOMM) based acrylic emulsion was added to the paper coating and compared to commercial low-carboxylated styrene acrylic emulsion. The results showed that the copolymerization of fatty acid derivatives into the emulsion can promote coalescence during film formation and increase the glass transition temperature. The VOMM-based emulsion is more hydrophobic than the low-carboxylated styrene-acrylic emulsion. The surfactant Migration less.
