针对我国大多数职业院校的人才培养机制的现状,笔者认为各职业院校应该:(1)从做好职业生涯规划,创新高技能毕业生的奖励机制,使学生明确职业目标;(2)以社会发展需求和就业为导向,推进教育课程体系改革;(3)通过“引进来、走出去、资源共享”等方式,加强师资队伍建设;(4)提高实习实训基地利用效率,充分利用社会资源四个方面入手,全面提高高职毕业生的职业技能,才能有效地满足社会经济发展对人才的需求,解决高职毕业生就业总量压力大和结构性矛盾突出的问题。
In view of the current situation of talent cultivation mechanism in most vocational colleges in our country, the author thinks that all vocational colleges should: (1) make good career planning and innovate the rewarding mechanism of highly-skilled graduates so as to make students clear their career goals; (2) (3) To strengthen the construction of teaching staff through such ways as “bringing in, going out and sharing of resources”; (4) To improve the utilization efficiency of internship training bases, Full use of social resources to start four areas, comprehensively improve vocational skills of vocational graduates in order to effectively meet the social and economic development of the demand for qualified personnel to solve the employment pressure of higher vocational graduates and structural contradictions prominent issues.
