党性,是一个政党所固有的根本属性或本质特点。共产党员的党性就是无产阶级先进分子所固有的根本属性,不论形势和任务如何变化,共产党员的本质特点不能变,党性的基本原则不能变。但是,随着时代、形势、任务的变化,确实又对共产党员的党性提出新的要求。在深化改革,实现两个根本性转变过程中,每一个共产党员,特别是党员领导干部,应根据这种新要求,把增强党性锻炼作为自己的自觉行动。一、在新时期,共产主义理想和社会主义信念要更加坚定 Party spirit is the fundamental attribute or essential characteristic intrinsic to a political party.
