针对离子迁移漂移管的设计优化,本文建立了一种包括气流和电场的多物理场模拟研究方法。对漂移管进行气路仿真,定性研究其中气流的运动,考察是否存在涡流等影响漂移管性能的因素。利用漂移管中气流速率分布,研究常压下离子在电场与气流共同作用下的迁移过程。根据模拟得到的离子迁移谱图,对漂移管的性能进行了分析。结果表明,该方法能够有效地模拟离子在漂移管中的迁移运动,对漂移管的优化设计有着重要的意义。
Aiming at the design optimization of ion transport drift tube, a multiphysics simulation research method including gas flow and electric field is established in this paper. The drift tube is simulated by the gas circuit, the airflow is studied qualitatively, and the factors that affect the performance of the drift tube, such as eddy current, are investigated. By using the velocity distribution of drift in the drift tube, the migration process of ions under the action of the electric field and the gas flow under atmospheric pressure was studied. Based on the simulated ion mobility spectra, the performance of the drift tube was analyzed. The results show that the proposed method can effectively simulate the migration of ions in the drift tube and is of great significance to the optimal design of the drift tube.
